For years the strength of the complex, restaurant “Moretti”, has a large living room suitable for banquets, dinners, meetings and any occasion requiring a versatile and efficient, adaptable to different situations and request.
Beside the main saloon, is the private room, a large and refined, suitable for all those meetings that require special attention and confidentiality.
The cooking, always very appreciated by customers, proposes typical Marches tastes with tradition.
There are numerous typical and traditional dishes of meat and fish sought and refined, are perfectly in harmony with the land and national tradition. Are typical components of our kitchen products such as 'ciabuscolo', a soft sausage made with pork or 'lardellato.
Among the main courses boast the presence of 'vincisgrassi', a sort of lasagna made with hand-rolled pastry and cut into wide strips, enriched with meat sauce and bechamel, as well as cappelletti made with chicken broth. As second traditional dishes we can offer “rabbit in porchetta”, “chicken in potacchio”, “coratella lamb”, “goose in the oven”, “polenta with duck sauce”, all products with authenticity through the use of meat from the valuable Marches breeds. With the strategic position and thanks to the wealth of adriatic marine coastal , you can also enjoy fish specialty which stands out among the typical soup.
Other than these dishes, the restaurant Moretti uses more traditional products such as honey and truffles, accompanied by locally produced oils and from wines Doc that affect the smell from tasting through that fragrant smell, fruity and floral, typical of packages of Macerata.
There are many other Marches specialties that are part of our tables, but without renouncing to the typical national products, which have always been a place of prestige among our menu.
